KeepMeUpdated — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using KeepMeUpdated (“the App”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

KeepMeUpdated is a product of Nedati Technologies Private Limited. These terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of Service

KeepMeUpdated is a mobile application that allows you to track topics and interests you care about and receive daily curated updates powered by intelligent agents. The core features include:

• Adding and managing interests in plain language
• Receiving daily curated digests tailored to your interests
• Push notifications for your daily updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using phone number authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account, and for all activities that occur under your account.

Your account may be linked to one or more devices. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Submit interests or content that is harmful, offensive, or illegal
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nedati Technologies Private Limited and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

The curated updates delivered through the App are generated for your personal use. You may not redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit the content without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Please review it carefully.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The curated updates are generated by intelligent agents and may not always be complete, accurate, or up-to-date. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.

Nedati Technologies Private Limited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the content delivered through the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Nedati Technologies Private Limited BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon account deletion, your interests and associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will notify you through the App or via other appropriate means at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.

By continuing to use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
